''Making Today’s Challenges Tomorrow’s Strengths''

My Qualifications and Experience:
I have successfully completed four years of study in Person-Centered Therapy, meeting all the necessary requirements in being a fully qualified counsellor. I am an accredited registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have gained extensive experience through Basildon MIND and the Probation Service, where I provided counselling to individuals with different and multiple presenting challenges.

I worked in secure services at an NHS mental health inpatient forensic facility. In this role, I supported individuals with various levels of mental health challenges from common to complex mental health. Through the NHS, I also earned my National Care Certificate, which provided me with a solid foundation in delivering empathetic, compassionate, safe, and quality care to a high standard.

My combined experience in both counselling, mental health, and recovery has equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to support individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth.
